Set up circle or polygon boundaries for your field territories and assign employees to the appropriate primary and additional territories. Review boundaries on the map and test expected punch locations before rollout. Attendance checks depend on your configured company rules.
Record attendance with location context
The mobile workflow supports live location checks against assigned territories. Punch records include the location and the selfie or odometer context required by your workflow. Explain the permissions employees need and where they are expected to start and end the day.
Review location exceptions
Phone accuracy, indoor conditions and permissions affect location checks. When a punch fails, review recorded details and use the authorized attendance correction process. A mismatch needs investigation and should not alone establish misconduct.
Connect attendance with visits and routes
