Review a working day on the map
Select an employee and date to review recorded route history, stops and distance. Compare the route with the day plan and client visits. Playback helps explain the sequence of recorded locations rather than judging a day from a single attendance punch.
Understand recorded and estimated distance
Routes depend on location samples received from the employee device. GPS gaps, disabled permissions and device restrictions can affect completeness. Attendance or visit positions may support an estimated view but cannot establish a complete travelled route. Review the source and gaps before using distance records for a business decision.
Review adjustments with context
Authorized managers can review route intervals and record reasoned time or distance deductions where permissions allow. Discuss discrepancies with employees and keep the explanation alongside the reviewed record. Check distance records against your company reimbursement policy.
Try your field workflow in a demo
Review a realistic day with travel, a client visit and a tracking gap. Test permissions and supported offline sync on actual employee phones. Explain tracking expectations and record access before rollout.
