Organize clients before planning the day
Maintain client and site records with the information the field team needs. Use territories and client categories to organize work where appropriate. Accurate client locations make location checks more useful; review incorrect site information before using it to judge a visit.
Turn a day plan into a visit record
Plan client visits and record check-in and check-out through the mobile workflow. Visit remarks and the available forms, images or notes can add useful context. At the end of the day, compare the plan with recorded visits and discuss missed or changed appointments rather than relying on location alone.
Use recorded routes with their limitations
Route history can show recorded locations, stops and distance for a selected day. It depends on permissions, device behavior and available location samples. Gaps in GPS recording mean the route is incomplete. A visit or attendance location alone should not be presented as a complete travelled route.
Review operations and follow-up
Managers use assigned permissions to access visits, field attendance, expenses and reports. Start a rollout with a small team and review a realistic day involving travel, a client visit and an expense. Check the supported offline actions and sync behavior on the phones your team uses. Product pricing depends on the configured module rates, number of users and billing period.
